That part is basically saying if you commit one sin then you are a sinner. Now take that logic, if that is true then if you do one good deed then you are automatically a good person aren't you? Now... I think there is a quote from the Bible that says "There are none good but God" or something to that effect. So if we assume all of that to be right (like fundies do) Doing one good deed means that you are God. PS. The beliefs of Christianity contredict themselves. They believe in things being far-fetched.
