The Banana as we know it today WAS intelligently designed. By humans. The banana tree is a domesticated plant that naturally produced a spherical fruit that tastes like crap and has a shell that is difficult to pierce. We domesticated it to grow its fruit in a form that had a softer shell, a longer and slimmer shape, and a better taste.

The part with the 10 commandments “have you ever ___?”. That part is basically saying if you commit one sin then you are a sinner. Now take that logic, if that is true then if you do one good deed then you are automatically a good person aren’t you?

Now… I think there is a quote from the Bible that says “There are none good but God” or something to that effect. So if we assume all of that to be right (like fundies do) Doing one good deed means that you are God.

The belief that supernatural beings is not foolish, nor is the belief that people are on their own in the trials of this world. One consists of supernatural beings and one is a more logical and realistic theory. Religion and belief of a higher power makes a person think there is such thing as a barometer by wich all people are measured in their righteousness. The beliefs of Christianity contredict themselves. They believe in things being far-fetched.
