Expelled moves North
After defeating a lawsuit by Yoko Ono (for ironic misuse of the song Imagine), Ben Stein's tradegy Expelled is coming to Canadian theatres on June 27th. I'm not sure how heavy they plan to show this, but so far there are no ads, no listings about release (other than the fact Cineplex and Empire Theatres list it on their websites) or anything else you'd expect for an "over the top success."
So far I feel no need to go to the effort, or expense, of seeing it. But, if you think I'm being closed minded, offer to pay for my ticket (I won't have any popcorn, and I'll even go to a matinee or cheap theatre - provided I get a lift), and I'll see it. I just don't feel its worth my money.
