select the authentication like the way university shown for Mac systems (“Tunneled TLS”), Identity as “anonymous”, inner authentication as “PAP” then ID and pasword in the Network manger applet. It will prompt to you click on “choose CA certificate” on clicking connect, Thats it.. done.
May be your NetworkManger applet will crash at the end of these steps. But a reboot or logout will bring back the NetworkManager and Network.

UWS is working well for me.
