Rahim Jaffer’s concerned, not scared

Daveberta comments that Jaffer and crew have launched negative radio ads basing the NDP as pro-pot and weak on crime. This, along with Jaffer’s blitz mailout of photoshopped fliers that went out in the last few days, lead some to think that Rahim Jaffer and his camp are getting scared of losing the seat.

But in the Edmonton Journal’s riding profile of Strathcona, Jaffer sets the record straight:

Jaffer, meanwhile, would not say he’s nervous about the competition.

“What would be the right word,” he says, pausing. “There’s a level of concern.”
