I’d have to see whom they decide to appoint to guess as to their reasoning for keeping it Liberal.

Still, I’m holding out to see who they propose for Environment — Linda Duncan is quite arguably the strongest choice in either party for that, and would be the ultimate kick in the pants to the inactivists.
