Since you have brought up the big 10-percenter question, I feel I have to relay my experience. I am in Edmonton East and I seem to get 10-percenters on a weekly basis. I am really getting tired of the fear-mongering from Peter Goldring – but, I am equally inundated with mailouts from Jack Layton (and sometimes Tom Dewar). I think its time the entire exercise is scrapped.
