The Fraser Institute maintains a rigorous peer review process for its research.
New research, major research projects, and substantively modified research conducted by The Fraser Institute is reviewed by a minimum of one internal expert and two external experts. Reviewers are expected to have a recognized expertise in the topic area being addressed. Whenever possible, external review is a blind process.
Not sure what you mean about “real economists.” Our economists have post-garduate degrees in economics – I think that qualifies them as economists.
