That’s fair, but they could have used the pre-release for free “earned’ media and then launched to TV. They’ll probably still get some earned media when it TV releases though , which is more a sign of how they’ve failed to do much until this point.

Actually, you’re a tad incorrect about the release date. The Facebook/Youtube release was today – but the actual TV spots are scheduled this week.. so the TV ads weren’t “released” on Labout Day weekend.. but the Internet pre-release was. A slight difference.
