Terahertz

New author

There will be another face around Terahertz soon (in perhaps a week). I've invited Alan Paone to help contribute material.

I'm sure Alan will introduce himself, but quickly he's a third-year Engineering Physics atheist and socialist also in Edmonton, Alberta. Essentially he's me but not. He's commented here a few times already in the past.

Hopefully this will add a slightly different approach while keeping the general topics the same (although I gave him free reign to write what he wants).
